I hated...HA... TED Joker. This iteration of the Joker was entirely unbelievable. If it had been a different writer, director, or producer, Joaquin Phoenix could have been great, but I couldn't stand how they turned the Joker from this calculating, unstoppable menace into a sad, lonely, depressed, lovesick puppy.

And don't even get me started with Rock and Roll Song #2 playing while he was getting into the elevator and dancing down the stairs. That's where it really lost me.

There's a Catholic apologetics page I follow that said "Oh, this is painful to watch because it shows how dark and lonely life is without God" or something or other. To which I replied "No, Joker is painful to watch because it's a TERRIBLE MOVIE!"

Avatar, Titanic, Beatlejuice, the entire Fast and Furious franchise, most of Tarantino's films, etc. Just because it's popular doesn't mean it's good.

Most of the ones with many installments to them like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. Also the fantasy ones like Avatar or any with protracted battle scenes like many of the superhero ones.
