In isolation, Fallout the TV show was alright except for the idiotic last episode. Specific scenes and performances were pretty good, but two major factions were done unforgivably dirty.

The biggest problem is that they have retconned the events and settings of Fallouts 1, 2, and New Vegas entirely because of petty jealousy by the executive producer and lead writer from Bethesda, and I find it hard to care about something when it isn't even respected by its own custodians.
