In reality, you can't go beating up everyone that talks bad about you behind your back nor those that don't like you. That means you care so much about getting approval from others and that's already having self-esteem and confidence issues.
While the character has a couple good traits when you get to know her better, I would actually be afraid to someone like that as a friend. What if you're just joking as some friends do with each other or she were to misinterpret something and then want to beat you for it? I would hate to be walking on eggs. Additional, challenging a 9 year-old in 4th grade to a brutal fight while she's a big 14 year-old (she was held back) in 6th grade seems cowardly? Do you really have to beat up others just to get a good reputation? Others fear her; they don't like nor respect her. in my opinion I feel that's a bad reputation to have, to be feared only but not actually liked.

I never liked that character 😐 there were many episodes that I felt were, uncomfortable to watch, because it didn't advance the show 😞
And yes, yes 100 percent anger issues character 👀
Indeed. Even though it's just a cartoon, I can't picture any loving parents being ok with their child getting beaten that badly by another kid that's much bigger and older, then sending their child back to school (in that bad physical state) and nothing happening to Patty.
If I were Mary's (the girl Patty beat) mother, I would be beyond pissed off someone hurt my child that badly. I would personally make sure that girl got expelled and hold Patty's parents liable too. I wouldn't be a happy camper that's for sure.
