RETURN Of The Killer Tomatoes was one of my favorite movies to rent as a kid. Shout out to young George Clooney, haha.
ROTKT was awesome, because it was kind of a parody of itself, like it leaned into the fact that it was a stupid, low-budget sequel to an old B-movie. It was very self-aware. Like there was a running joke about how they were running out of money and needed to resort to product placement, so for instance, the exterior scene-setting shot of the (already super fake looking) house of the villain in the movie, would eventually have a random neon Pepsi sign on the lawn😂😂😂
And the REAL story: Karen Mistal, aka “Tara”, the super-hot chick the mad scientist guy made out of a toxic-waste soaked tomato…. she took young WhiteSteve from a boy to a man. Still does it for me🥵🥵🥵😅😅😅
https://www.youtube.com/embed/2U9j728ueJcAs for Return Of The Killer Tomatoes it’s on my watch list along with Killer Tomatoes Strike Back & Killer Tomatoes Eat France. It’s one of those deals you watch one you have to watch them all. I thought Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes was a stoner movie & although I’m not a stoner I’m sure if you were really messed up the movie would be a lot better. I’m going to have to watch it again.
Yeah, the sequel had all kinds of throwback clips from the original, to give context and history. I think the hero of the first one is now the uncle of the hero in the sequel (and the director, or he at least plays the director when they do self-awareness gags). So it’s him, and then a couple other older guys who I assume were part of the original. John Astin plays the mad scientist, and then there’s a guy who plays his henchman, who’s supposed to be a TV news anchorman just in the henchman job temporarily until he can find a TV gig, he’s really funny too. His name is Igor, but he’s some overly-chipper blond American guy, in a suit and with a newscaster haircut, and he speaks like he’s delivering a broadcast. And he drives a garbage truck😂😂😂
Also, this song still goes hard, even though I shouldn’t have been singing along to it at 11🤣

didn't they also do a remake? i know there was a sequel... i also AOTKDonuts
I don't remember the last so i'll tell you the one i'm watching now is called 'XIII'
Return of the killer tomatoes, killer tomatoes strike back, killer tomatoes eat France & there was a cartoon from what I understand.
i wouldn't recommend XIII. it had potential but it failed. tubi is really failing me. i started a movie and it's so dumb. 2 girls and 1 guy (all influencers for moviesake) test a legend about walking around a tree and travelling into another dimension. which sounded okay but it's really just a movie about 3 people on a trail walking a little on a trail and coming back to the same tree.
I have been binging audible books for months. Seems so long since I have watched anything aside Itchyboots. Ummm... I think the pelican brief was the last movie around Thanksgiving. Yes. Vaguely remember the 🍅 movie.
I love Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes, it is so much fun. We watched Squirm just a few nights ago, another fun movie.
As for me I love taking a trip back in time to movie land & The Swarm just like The Poseidon Adventure was another Irwin Allen hit just like The Towering Inferno as well. As for Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes I thought it was a stoner movie & I guarantee John De Bello was on something when he wrote it. It was something & although I’m going to have to watch it againI can’t believe there were movies that followed. Return of the killer tomatoes.
I recently watched "Past Lives," a beautiful exploration of love and destiny. It's a mesmerizing film that lingered in my mind long after it ended. As for "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes," yes, I have seen it! It's a cult classic with a quirky sense of humor. It's perfect for those who enjoy a good laugh and cheesy special effects! 🍅🎬
It’s movie time & in the cloud I’m sure you have access to a lot of movies & as for Past Lives I have never seen it. As for Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes it was something & I wasted 87 minutes of my life watching it. Cheesy it was & I’ll never look at a tomato the same way.

I re-watched The Ninth Gate by Polanski.
The Killer Tomatoes movie I think we watched in school.
I gave not seen it no, and the last movie I watched was Dalalíf, an Icelandic comedy from the 80s.
I watched iron giant with my best friend a few days ago and no I haven't seen killer tomatoes
Turtles all way down
As for Turtles all way down I looked it up on YouTube & watched a one minute trailer on it.
Are there any turtles in the movie?
Nope.. the movie is about life issues but you will understand better if you watch it or read reviews about it
Ted 2, no I haven’t seen that one
Ted was a funny movie & I didn’t even know there was a Ted 2 & I’m sure it is funny as well. About an hour ago I watch Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes & I’m still shaking my head. It was probably a stoner movie when it was released in 1978.
I don’t like horror. Ya Ted 2 was on tv today. I’ve been watching the lions nfl playoff game for the last hour. They are about to be upset by the commanders.
45 to 31 in the 4th & Detroit is going to be upset on this one.
I recently saw The Lion King in theaters.
As for me I heard good things about that movie & hopefully it was as good as they say.
How much was popcorn & a drink $40.00? Due to inflation I could only imagine prices.
The price of the Popcorn Combo was outrageous, but I had to get it there; for my buddy thinks sneaking candy and pop into the theater is wrong.
Movie theaters are all about selling snacks, drinks & other foods & if truth be told they make more money selling that shit then movie tickets. I haven’t been to the movies in a long time & I could only imagine what families spend. As for me I always brought my own goodies.
I do when I am not with my buddy. He will make I big stink over how I am cheating the movie theater out of money. They are the ones charging criminal prices. My friend is weird that way.
Tell the Snack Nazi if he doesn’t want you to bring in your own snacks that he should buy them for you. Movie theaters can go pound sand with what they charge on snacks.
You have a good idea. Then, he might realize that movie theaters are way over charging for concessions.
Exactly & you get free popcorn out of the deal.
I saw Saw...
Did you ever see it in 3D?
nope... have not seen that one Saw
I watched THE Red One and The Fall Guy.
