How long from the air date is it okay to openly discuss spoilers?

I imagine you;re speaking about discussing on social platforms? I think it is ok to discuss in forums asap because many people will view a hit as soon as it drops. The only caveat being that prior to discussing, like in the first comment to be made has a disclaimer similar to: "WARNING, spoilers contained within this chat", etc. After that, it is up to each individual to move ahead or fall back concerning that discussion.
