He sounds like Rachel Zegler when she trashed her character Snow White. Did DISNEY screw up again. Is this another character actor that hates their character?

It was already going to bomb even before that. This was just Anthony Mackie nuking his own career more than anything, which is a shame because most people skeptical about the movie have generally defended him personally.

This movie has been going through production hell for a while... First and foremost, it has been rewritten and reshot at least twice, with enough changes to basically be a third rewrite. Not only is the movie so badly over budget that it would have to break a billion dollars at the box office to turn a profit, but even their curated test screenings have been very negative. The cast and crew also filmed multiple sequences with no script or context at all, and Giancarlo Esposito's character has literally been spliced into the movie where he didn't even exist in the original shoot. I don't think there's any possibility whatsoever that the movie ends up being remotely good, even considering how crappy the MCU movies have been for years now.

I am disappointed what Disney is doing to this franchise. Captain America is one of Marvel's primary characters and it is sad to see Disney turn the character into some woke version of the living legend of WW2.

@Jersey2 I thought that Anthony Mackie did a good job as the Falcon and I am not sure if Stan Lee wrote that he would be Steve Roger's successor but Disney is making a mistake turning the character into a clown.

Disney is in disarray. They were almost bought out and cut into pieces if not for Vanguard blocking the buyout. Jackie is an idiot just like Zegler. I was on the fence for seeing this movie as it seemed like a DEI move to put him in as Cap, but given his remarks I will pass.

the only thing missing in the film is playing the national anthem so mackey can kneel in protest.

i usualy oppose boycotts of any kind, but i won't see it kuz specific companies for actual decisions, seems correct, in contrast to boycotting all companies in iran when each company did not do any iranian policy.
