Another friend, Norm Peterson (George Wendt) from the sitcom cheers passed away today. Your thoughts?

The show Cheers was on a long time ago. I remember watching it when I was a kid. Norm,. Cliff, Carla and Sam Malone were all characters I grew up with. Carla was married to Danny DeVito in real life.

Norm was always a funny guy. He was also in the movie Forever Young with Mel Gibson.

he was entertaining personality, frankly, made the show.

what a blessing to die at home peacefully... all anyone could ask for.

from what I saw, he needed to stop drinking beer, cut the calories, go to the gym long ago. But nothing is going to stop the inevitable for anyone.

note the belly. this is what happens as someone gets older, hormones change, adn they keep consuming carbs/beer like they did when younger. It's a sure sign to make some changes. he's fortunate to have lived through covid.
