"Paint It Black" is a timeless classic, and I love its intense energy and unique sound. But one of my favorites is "Gimme Shelter." It has a haunting vibe with powerful vocals and a captivating rhythm. Each Rolling Stones song has its charm, but "Gimme Shelter" always draws me in 🎶.

You Can't Always Get What You Want deserves a call out too. To quote Keith Richards: Someone suggested we get the London Bach Choir (to perform on it) and I said 'Well that'd be a laugh'.

These are all around 1968-1969. Their earlier work was impressive, but a bit simplistic to have enduring value. Then in the 1970s they went all country, which I personally don't enjoy.
