How often do you see a rainbow?

@WhiteSteve you need the sun low in the sky and a lot of water droplets in the air, not necessarily rain. Technically this part of the UK is a rainforest and most of it comes down autumn winter spring when the suns low. A nice day would just be a drizzle

Only when the conditions are right, which is during the rainy season. I'd say they are not uncommon in spring or autumn. Double rainbows are rare.

When my daugther was still a kid, I explained the rainbow principle to her by using a garden hose with a fine spray of water. Aimed at an angle into the sunshine, it's easy to make your own little rainbow.

Not too often. I saw a bizarre looking rainbow cloud last year though. I never saw a cloud looking like that, the water vaper in the cloud refracted the sun like a rainbow. I suppose it makes sense given that rain bows are caused by water vaper I've just never seen a cloud do that.

Quite often. Where I live, it’ll rain while sunny a lot. So, there will be a rainbow. 😊

I recently saw it in the niagara falls. It was amazing with rainbow raising right in between the falls. I see it once in a quarter, I guess. Depending on where I live at that time.
