I usually watch Kpop videos, play video games like TFT for example or watch a show I'm interested in.
This stimulates my brain but at the same time I don't have to think a lot which is relaxing. I don't know exactly why but it works well for me. Things like depriving myself of some food I want to eat until I've had success at something doesn't really work for me. I always want to eat good food but also healthy food so I just try and do that.
