I do not believe it is wrong or dumb to watch children's programming as an adult. I watch the Teletubbies because I think they are cute and funny. It's comparable to the pandas and cats I watch on YouTube every week. Just another cute thing to view on YouTube. I mean it's a much better stress reliever and mood booster than a $100 an hour therapist. It's not like I have trauma I need to deal with, I just want innocent entertainment and I find the panda videos are more effective at boosting my mood than the therapists.
