I think gasoline is the most useful because it powers our cars.
Interesting question.
I haven't heard of the top 3 on your list, or the white powder, but I'm not a Civil Engineer involved with blasting, for excavation for road construction, tunnelling or quarrying, otherwise these could be very important to me.
The top 3 and white powder could all be used in the Armed Forces but I've no experience in explosives, obviously black powder is used in manufacture of bullets.
Propane for heating.
