What is better?

Hi, i want do go in another City so what do you think is better look for a house than go there and than serach a job or search a job than go ther and serch a house i could also drive in that City its 2 houres drive between.

For me it is better you can first search a job then go there and find a house. Beacuse job is the only source of liquid money you can easily make or spend and you can do you other rest of the work with help of money like finding house and buy yourself food stuff and all.
