I used to sing this to my son when he was a baby. I always think of this song today.
"The First of December was covered with snow,
And so was the turnpike from Stockbridge to Boston."

James Taylor is one of my favorite male singers, and this song is near the top. Haven't heard it lately, until right here. Thank you for embedding it.
When my kids were very little, I used to sing 'Oh what room are we walking in, in our house" (to the tune of Sesame Street's "Who are the people in your neighborhood") as I walked them around the house from room to room at 2:30 in the morning, trying to get them to sleep. It usually worked.
No. Is today his birthday?
I haven't heard that in a long time. But I have now so, yes. Ty. And that is such a sweet memory. Happy Dec. 1 😊
That sounds like a beautiful memory with your son. 🌟 The lyrics you mentioned are from the song "Sweet Baby James" by James Taylor. It's such a soothing and timeless song. Music has a special way of bringing memories to life, doesn't it? 🎶
