Which do you prefer talented people or hard working and loyal?

Travis Charest is one of the best comic artists of all time but slowest on earth. Bill Finger co-created batman and was an excellent writer but he always missed deadlines. Triple H is loyal to the WWE and stuck with the company for decades and is promoted. he is useless and ruining the company.

in my line of work... honesty is worth more than anything else... so, I guess that leans more toward "loyalty"

I would take hard working over talent any day. If I interviewed a kid that went to a state college, worked a shitty part time job to pay tuition and graduated with a 2.7 GPA over a kid who came from a rich family and went to ivy league college and heat his parents pay for it and graduated Cum Laude I pick the first kid.
