I despised everything about Saturday Night Fever, including the song Stayin' Alive.

Years later, I discovered that the Bee Gees had written a lot of great songs before that movie made them famous.
I eventually softened my hatred for Stayin' Alive and admitted that it was a good song even though the lyrics and falsetto vocals still make me sick.

I'm still not a big Bee Gees fan.

if you ever have to do CPR on someone, sing Staying Alive while you're doing it to get the right tempo for chest compressions. you'll have a much better chance of saving them. and the title couldn't be more apt
