I’ve seen a few over the years
They’re pretty nice


But the problem with the who-dun-it is that the climax is often predictable


Not because you guess the killer but because you know that ultimately the killer will be revealed


The formula itself is pretty standard and repetitive


I like murder mysteries told from the view of the killer
Like Dexter.
Because at least then you will wonder if the protagonist will survive and outrun his crimes or will he lose
And if he loses when and why and how can be anything

Yes, but not nearly as much as when I turned a teenager. I couldn't get enough!
I poured through the Hardy Boys then continued with agent Carters sexy scenes and Charlie Chan. Agatha Christie and some I can't recall just now.

Yes. Somehow my sick mind makes calculates what can I learn from those shows to avoid being caught if I do something bad. Like, no trophies, never go back to crime place, have always a credible alibi..
