If I had to chose, then it would obviously be the dinosaur since we can prove that they existed until they became extinct about 65 million years ago. There is no more harm that can be done to dinosaurs by human beings.

On the other hand, I don't believe in aliens, at least not in the form as depicted. Also, if aliens would be found on earth, you can rest assured that the US government would do anything to get their hands on them and to harm them to the same extent as they harm their own population.

That is definitely not a thing I would be looking forward to having done to me.
