Why are people saying Chappell Roan hates kids over a security incident?

So apparently on a tour an 11 year old child of a Brazilian football star tried to approach Chappell Roan, apparently hotel staff or security shrugged her away. Chappell did later apologize. But she's still getting flack for " hating kids"

I think they are assuming she is partially guilty because she did not tell her security team to let the child go through, or they think she told her security team to treat children like that if they want an autograph, I would say there are two ways to view the situation, one, if you are famous, you have endless fans who will act like your presence and kindness will make or break their day and as a human being with human needs and limitations, you cannot be totally punished if you fail to be totally kind to one person who wants to talk to you, if there are literally hundreds who want to talk to you every hour of every day, because nobody can perform perfectly and be totally good 100% of the time. The second thing I would think, is that a lot of famous people are drunk on attention and big money, and do not have the sensitivity to care for normal human emotions the way that middle class or less wealthy people do, because their environment and concerns have changed them, so it is totally believable that a famous person might not care about their fans in a mental way, it is the reality that big stakes desensitize you to small concerns.

Why would they be enemies with such a tiny child? Could it be that he's an Israeli child? Israel beheaded innocent Palestinian babies, so if he's an Israeli child, that's why they hate him.
