A National Lacrosse League game.
This weekend is the final weekend of the NLL Playoff Best-Of-3 Semi-finals with 2 games on Saturday evening and possibly 1 on Sunday:
(I am for Halifax and San Diego.)
Here are highlights from last weekend's games.

Buffalo had won the previous 3 championships. Buffalo is the place to see an NLL game as those games are sold-out with attendances of 19070.
This was Buffalo's last home game of the season 4 weeks ago; it was against the Rochester Knighthawks.

... have all been a breath of fresh air in series programming for me. Gritty, good story lines, well written, good casting, high production values. I never thought I'd see anything like this. It puts Hollywood and network produced garbage to shame. I can actually sit through an hour long episode without my mind wandering and reaching for my laptop. Highly recommended!
There is pre prequel and a prequel.
1883 is the story of how the Dutton family came to be in Montana.
1923 is the story of how the generation before Yellowstone had to fight to keep their land as "civilization" and bankers moved west.
Both the prequels are well done too. Just long enough to fill in the story. One season. 8 or so episodes. They told a story without dragging on for the sake of cashing in on the popularity if the franchise. 1923 spends a lot of time focusing on the plight of Native Americans in the early 20th century, and immigrants, and the robber barons.
I ended up buying all of it. It's something I'll watch again.
MAYDAY: AIR DISASTER
I am addicted to watching that program. Not because I like when the plane crashes, but I find the investigation to the cause of the crash so interesting. Something so small like a washer that wasn't put on with the nut and screw assembly can bring a passenger jet ✈️ to just fall from the sky and crash.
This program keeps me on the edge of my seat every time I watch it. 🛫

Strap yourself in; it's a long one.
I just finished “Poor Things” and I’m still obsessed 😍
It’s visually insane, like a moving painting, and Emma Stone is on another level. The whole thing feels like a dark, twisted fairytale about freedom, identity, and pleasure, with production design straight out of an art exhibition.
If you like weird, bold, artsy cinema, totally worth it 🍿🎬✨

Yellowstone. Started halfway through season 3 it's been a ride. I love Beth. she's wife material. Rip is a bad ass, John Dutton is... To call him a man's man would be an understatement to the point of being insulting... And the lawyer brother makes me literally yell at the TV. Like sometimes after one of his scenes I have to go on a walk because... Whatever... I won't ruin it.
😂
It's about a family that owns a cattle farm called yellowstone and how the family basically deticates their lives to keeping a family business that's existed since Montana was founded by fighting off all sorts of big businesses trying to build over their land.
And people will mess with them in every way you can imagine. The one brother is a military guy and the other is a prissy lawyer and the sister is a total gangster her man is a total gangster and the dad is also a really cool character too. There's more to it but suffice to say it earned its good ratings.
I haven't finished the main show, I started at season 3 do with that what you will your guess is probably good as mine
Terence Tao on The Cosmic Distance Ladder, in two parts.
Yes, I really am THAT geeky.
1971: The Year That Music Changed Everything
Also quite good.
Oh no.
No, no no.
I will not recommend that to you, it was awesome, but I won't. It's much too intimate.
So instead I'll recommend another scene, one that is on YT, to make things right.

Je suis très intrigué...
Non, ce n'était pas une vidéo impliquant Abby et toi qui aurait fuité.
Au moins l'un d'eux, n'est-ce pas?
@MrChinaski Peut-être, oui
... Ou peut-être pas
Comment peut-on manipuler l'esprit de Phoe-Phoe si tu tergiverses?
Le défi est plus conséquent, c'est vrai, mais je suis certain que tu sauras relever le défi
I watched Season 2 of Paradise. It's Sci Fi and great if you like futuristic scenarios.
@7Phoenix7 No, its on HULU It is really good

It was recommended by @Simslover92
Lol.
The Testaments but only if you've seen The Handmaid's Tale series first. It's really good.
It's about a totalitarian, theonomic regime called Gilead (formerly the USA) that forces fertile women, known as "Handmaids," into sexual servitude to bear children for the ruling elite. Following a fertility crisis, the protagonist, Offred, must navigate survival, oppression, and resistance.
It's really good. You should watch it if you have Hulu.
You're welcome!
fallen angels

by wong kar wai. a super aesthetic iconic 90s movie that inspired many big directors, fashion & art styles.
The `60's t. v. series, "The Avengers" and the one I'm on now, "Danger Man" and the one I'm going to watch, next, "The Prisoner". After that, I'll watch a few shows from about 25 years ago, "Chuck", "Heroes" and, "Roswell". All of which I'd recommend!
@exitseven Very much so! There are people today who are still trying to figure out what it's all about after trying for almost 60 years!
I finished watching the NBA Playoffs. Very stressful game.
Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
It's funny, The first Guardians of the Galaxy sucked! I had to be talked into watching the 2nd one because The first one was the first Marvel movie I didn't like. But they've gotten steadily better since. And 3 was the best one.
General Hospital on ABC it’s been running for 60 years or more daytime soap 2 PM I record it and watch it every night
Dang! He, Jack Wagner, had a hit song in the late 80s. I forget it exactly but I remember it was fair. I started watching it in about June of 1985! Watched it religiously until late 1992 or early - no, it was about August of 1993. 8 years worth. Watched that and One Life To Live and vaguely kept up with All My Children. Sherry favorite. Lynn loved General Hospital as I did.
Last thing that i saw was (28 years later) it's a zombie movie and it's a cool, started watching (28 days later) than (28 weeks later) and finally (28 years later), today i'm going to watch the last one (28 years later "the bone temple")
You into porn... because I just watch a bunch of porn.
The movie I Swear. Real life telling of the life of John Davidson, a man with tourrettes who became a tourrettes advocate. I was sobbing throughout
It was just recently released in the US in limited theaters. I'm going it hits streaming quickly! You should also look up Front of the Class
Violent Night Christmas movie
https://youtu.be/pzzK5TZ1WMU?si=ox3DuIMcMlzG7-V-It was a WWII movie fairly newish. Near the end you find out it's another zombie movie. Nazified zombies. It was pretty good as I recall. It's been near a year ago since I watched it and I don't recall the title.
Wistoria: Wand and Sword
It's actually a pretty fire anime very similar to Black Clover
I watched the Malcolm in the Middle remake on Hulu. If you were a fan of the original show, you wlil like this.
A friend sent some clips to me yesterday. This guy is AMAZING! I Watched them for over an hour lol
I’m just getting into The Morning Show
Geez i dont know, I usually am the one suggesting people what something else.
I'm watching season 2 of a K-Drama called "Bloodhounds".. And I would definitely recommend it.. The Koreans know how to do characters and fight choreography..
This. I think it's the most accurate documentary on African history that I've seen.

She doesn’t stop. It’s been going on for hours and hours from yesterday and today and in the questions. The guy has a girlfriend already.
