I absolutely love this song and i have since the first time i heard it. It was one of my all time favorite songs for a long time before i learned it is a remake of a Taylor Swift jam. Only because of it, i searched out the original song and found it enjoyable. I am by no means a Swift fan, but her talent is evident in that she can and does create music that transcends genre. Even if that’s not her intent, and maybe especially because of it, that’s a rare gift, i think. I wouldn’t suggest that i otherwise seek out her music, but i have learned to recognize it when i hear it, and i do enjoy some of it.

The only name on that list who is truly a vocal talent is Ariana Grande. That doesn't mean they're not successful. Obviously Taylor Swift is one of the few artists who can sell out stadiums at crazy prices if she wants, but vocally, no one comes close to Ariana. She's the only one I'd listen to by choice.
