Girls, I am on a movie poster and it's in front of a billboard of my teen's school—how do I handle my teenager's classmates’ questions?

So not to bore you guys about the movie - I'm an actress and its a Murder Mystery movie where the femme fatale character (me) is murdered and the mystery begins - The poster pretty much gives out that much detail.

Now, apparently, this poster is stuck on a few billboards in front of my teen boy's school, so a lot of his classmates have been asking him questions about it. Unfortunately, I cannot do much about the rather rated R semi-naked poster. So how do I handle them asking me a bunch of questions when they come over to our house, mostly for study dates and sleepovers.
Honestly, my boy's used to these questions cause I've played roles like this before but as of last year we've had his friends come over at our house a lot. So would love a little bit of advise avoiding answering awkward questions and conversations with teenagers.
