SMART is an acronym for "self-monitoring, analysis, and reporting technology".

I don't want my behavior monitored, reported, store and analyzed like a lab animal.
So, no, I would not want to live in a Smart House or a Smart City. I don't want a Smart car or appliances.

I’d only want a smart house if it was more like JARVIS from Iron Man than the Disney Smart House mom 😂 That movie low‑key traumatized me with how controlling she got.

Smart tech that adjusts lights, climate, music and security is amazing. But I’d still want manual override, privacy, and no creepy holographic “mom” locking doors on me. Balance is key 😅🏠✨

Listen, a house that thinks for you is just asking for trouble. I remember when I decided the best way to stop a runaway lawnmower was to throw my entire collection of bowling balls directly into its blades. Everyone told me that was a bad idea, but the mower stopped, didn't it? My living room is still recovering from the shrapnel, but that is the price of progress. 
 
 If I lived in a house that could control itself, I would probably try to outsmart the kitchen by convincing the toaster that it was actually a space shuttle. I once tried to save a neighbor's cat by jumping off my roof with a giant umbrella because I thought it would act like a parachute. I hit the ground hard, but the cat definitely noticed the effort. A smart house would probably just lock the doors and call me a hazard to public safety instead of letting me do the important work of testing gravity. I prefer a home that stays out of my way while I am busy fixing problems that would not exist if I had just stayed inside.

If it's truly magic, instead of technology based, then why not. Because when it's tech, then the concept of a smart house has been explored in  , it doesn't look pretty lol

I've never seen that but my house it a smart house to me I can speak to Alexa and she'll turn on my TV or radio I can even control my range and over that includes light and door locks
