21 dI heard a Wallflowers song on the radio today and I can't remember the last time I heard them played on there. It's never my favorite song though, but I had to play some of that album when I got home. There isn't really a "lately" with me and music though. I might play someone for an hour and then not again for months...

Nice, Foo Fighters are such a solid choice, especially for long walks or late-night drives 🎧
Lately I’ve had Hozier on repeat, plus a lot of The Weeknd, Radiohead, and some old-school Nirvana when I’m painting. For background vibes I love lo-fi anime beats or Studio Ghibli soundtracks.
Favorite Foo Fighters song right now? I still have a soft spot for “Everlong” ❤️10 Reply

18 dNot much tbh… a bit of new Skrillex, and I do like the Ninajirachi album and a bit of some newer rock and metal from the last few months; Volumes, ERRA… the new Northlane track was pretty awesome… those 3 groups have been my go-to’s for years now.
And I’ve also been listening to some old classics on the radio when I’m driving to work or on my lunch break, kinda getting me into a different mood lately.
I don't know, I think life has just been a bit crazy the last little while and I haven’t had much time to settle down and just enjoy things to the extent that I used to. It kinda bums me out.

18 dJulia Wolf. Very 2026 for me because below, worth reading.
I discovered her song In My Room in March 2026 a few months back and, like all art, while I heard her lyrics, I also conjured my own interpretation of it being more about loss/growth.
I felt as surreal as that guy who claimed he watched another film (black and white) on mute when writing the song Roses or the remix to Roses from 2020 or so.
Similarly I discovered a Julia Wolf song recently I hadn't discovered and similarly thought back to / later watched the other night the trailer for Toy Story 5 - no spoilers - there were key scenes I enjoyed on mute while playing Julia's 'Last Summer' song - 🥲🥹02 Reply- 18 d

Some parts I think they got really right, this time around. No spoilers. Enjoy Toy Story 5. Who'd have thought - plus if they ever do 6 and 7 (indeed) lol punny funny

20 dListened to Evanescence's new album. It's good. Wouldn't say it's their greatest. But seems to try and capture elements of Fallen and Open Door with some more modern sounds.
Also listened to "Doomed" by Maphra. I love that song!10 Reply- 2.4K opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic.

Happy wife, happy life.
Mostly doctors. My legs and feet are all fucked up. They don't even know what's going on as far as the source. The next plausible step is neurology as my primary doctor prescribed gabapentin, then referred me to a podiatrist that preformed a tunnel tarsal surgery that hasn't solved shit in the past 19 days.

I'm sorry. They are even more bland than Nirvana, which is quite a statement.
