Why do English subtitles feel simplified or different from real speech?

I watch subtitles on video that is very easy actually

but it seems to hide something in it

why dont they describe it directly? ot there are no these words actully?

Well, they probably don’t have words in English too translate it to. I need to simplify it also since in other languages one word sounds like a full sentence, but for us would only be one word to explain it all
