Are my superhero and supervillain ideas original enough to publish?

I'm thinking about this and I don't know.

Malia Hano aka "Neutron Girl" is a half-angel with telepathy, love magic, and several Divine powers.

Kristen Lentz aka "Winter" is a water elementalist who controls all aspects of water and can shapeshift into all aspects of water, including metallic water normally found at the hearts of super-jupiter planets or failed stars. I use her abilities in many creative ways to either win fights, save the party's lives, and many, many other fantastic feats.

Rayne Aso aka "Shadow Girl" is a teleporter who can also merge with shadows. Since we all know Darkness is not a thing by itself, what she is really doing is merging with the quantum states in the background of empty space-time, making her an incredibly powerful and under-estimated team member.

Aria Star aka "Miracle" is a Summoner and Reality Warper. She can theoretically do anything imaginable, but she hasn't learned to use her true powers yet. Right now, all she can do is summon animals and sometimes fantastic beasts to fight for her.

Jonathan Tanner is the Time Teleporter who can travel back in time for 5 seconds once every 6th second.

Madeline Tanner is Jonathan's daughter. Having been trapped in a temporal paradox for eternity, she has seen nearly every possible timeline in her brief 12 years old existence. She was permanently trapped in her six years old body though, so she is much more intelligent and experienced than her appearance implles.

Villains abilities:

"Rock Having" is able to absorb matter and convert it to muscle mass and other biomass, as well as absorb the properties of the matter. There is no known upper limit to this ability.

Tetra is full blown telekinetic and able to dream walk as well as resurrect herself from a totally destroyed body. Her mind has grown beyond the physical limits of mortality.

There are many more, but I am out of space.
