Who is your favorite Batman actor and era, and why?

As much as i like The resurgence of Batman with the Michael Keaton Batman of 1989. I think it goes without saying that Christian Bale's Batman was the best Batman. The only question is was it because of Heath Ledger's Joker? The hero is only as good as the villian. If Heath Ledger had lived would the Dark Knight have been as great? I'll be honest i disliked Batman Begins. I found it to be one of the most boring Batmans. But the Dark Knight and the Dark Knight rises was a complete 180. And i put off watching the dark knight for the longest time because 1. I couldn't imagine a Joker better than Nicholson. And because Batman begins was so terrible. I don't know. Maybe it was Katie Holmes that ruined it.🤷‍♂️🤣

I still like Christian Bale the most even though the new Batman movie and the Penguin show was also very good. The trilogy from Nolan even though I think the last movie he didn't really try anymore he just phoned it in. It brought Batman into modern times and all the Batman or Joker movies after that they weren't rip offs but they took this dark serious tone and made a variation on it but Nolan found the lane of how to make Batman compelling in a big screen movie and these other projects ar playing off that in my opinion.

I still prefer the campy Batman TV series from the 1960s, available on reruns, with Adam West as Batman and Burt Ward as Robin, the Boy Blunder, er Wonder.

Michael Keaton, although partly because he was paired with such strong antagonists in my favourite Joker, Jack Nicholson, and the hottest Catwoman, Michelle Pfeiffer, who could impressively use a whip in real life.
