With this combo, you can cast your opponents spells for your life, and gain more life than you spent casting the spells. I found a way to win on turn 1 in Vintage and Turn 1 or 2 in Commander.

What do you think?

The Bot criticized my fictional cards as being too powerful, but this REAL combo is going to require banning and restricting cards in every format.

Aetherflux Reservoir + Inside Information is strong, but nowhere near ban‑worthy. 😊

Inside Information only lets you cast the top card of an opponent’s library by paying life equal to its mana value. Reservoir gains life per spell cast, but you still need: huge starting life or prior lifegain, a way to chain many spells, plus no disruption.

It’s a cute synergy, not a format‑warping engine.

Bs. If you cast Inside Information for X=10, and cast between 6 and 8 of your opponents spells, assuming they have a low mana curve for their efficiency, you are going to gain between 21 and 36 life right there. You only need 51 life to burn out one opponent in Commander.

Combine this with Vivi Ornitier in a three-color Kess, Dissident Mage deck and you will kill all of your opponents by the time you get 25 Vivi Triggers, which is theoretically doable on turn 1 in every format. I've already designed and "dry run" the decks.

Or you can go Black/Green in Standard, where green mana dorks produce 12 spendable mana by turn 3 and nearly 40 spendable mana by turn 4. You can INside Information for X = 38 and Exile 3/4ths of your opponent's remaining deck and with some life gain, you end up playing your opponents entire deck for FREE.

I'm pretty sure both your bot and the Google AI are under-estimating the power of this card. It's like Stroke of Genius and Channel on the same card for less total mana.
