If Joe rogan is right, then yes.
They take air and make it element 115. If we could harness that technology we could filer all water and all air to make them safer. We could literally take rubbish and make it anything. Its particle acceleration.
Theoretically it could generate clean limitless energy. It could also (if available to the public could be used to kill on a size that would dwarf nuclear bombs so there would be to be serious regulations and security.
