Did you ever see the same band play in two different concerts in two different locations in the same year?

My wife and I saw YES perform in Boone, North Carolina, on August 5, 2017
We saw YES, featuring ARW perform in Melbourne, Florida on October 10, 2017

I had never seen the band perform before. And I got to see them twice in one year. Same band, different personnel.

Yes, quite a few times! My 3 Scum, Lollipop Factory, Cheap Trick, Joydrop, Fishbone, Einstein's Car, A. T. S., Da Shunts, Trash Vegas, The Ultimatics, B. S., Know Idea, most of those are either friends of mine and/or bands we've played a number of gigs with, and there's a few other bands that just don't come to mind.

Ah Yes. My overall fave band. Saw them twice. Drama tour San Diego and 90125 tour Hampton Roads, VA. I’m a progressive rocker to the core. What draws me to it is the melodic bass playing and constant time changes

I saw Radiohead twice in one year: first at Primavera Sound in Barcelona, then a few months later in Italy. Totally different vibe, same band. Setlists, crowd energy, even Thom Yorke’s mood felt different. It’s like seeing two alternate universes of the same music. 🎶✨
