What are some really awkward movies to watch with family?

One I saw on YT a few years ago, I think it's called, Xerophilia.
A boy discovers by accident that, when he's sexually aroused, he changes into a girl but then finds a girl that does the same thing but is more in control of it than he is.
"Zardoz", a futuristic bizarre movie with Sean Connery and Charlotte Rampling.
"The Pool" a movie shot partly in France starring Charlotte Rampling where she is invited to stay at a vacant friend's villa in France and spends some of her time naked by the pool.
"Vanilla Sky"
"Caligula" starring Malcom Mc Dowell, Helen Mirren, Peter O'Toole and John Gillgud. There's an R-rated version and an X-rated version.
There were two others I saw 20 years ago but don't recall the titles but I have the DVD's. One has a bunch of college kids going to S. America for their summer vacation where a local helps them get to some place they said they wanted to see and it takes all day through the jungle trails to get there and, instead of going where they wanted, they are taken to a house deep in the woods where the owner sells living human body parts on the black market.
The other one is slightly similar except that the kids go to some resort in S. America owned by a Jimmy Buffet type character and the kids find a hut in the woods dealing with horrific rituals and when they go back to the resort, the owners of the hut track them down to try to kill them for disturbing their hut.
Or, how about the 2 Dr. Phibes movies?
Maybe, "House Of 1000 Corpses"?

"Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things"
"Cube" and "Cube 2".
