I saw the 2026 version of Scary Movie.
I personally didn’t like it though. In my opinion it was a stupid movie.

I'm not sure, it was about 30 years ago and there were at least 5 movies I went to back then. "Showgirls", "Phenomenon", "The Majestic", "Powder", "Encino Man" and "Stargate". Figure out which of those was the last one ever released and that's the last one I saw in a theatre.
"Michael", the Michael Jackson biopic.
Before that "The Sheep Detectives".
Before that "Project Hail Mary".
I don’t remember the last time I went to the movie theater
The last one I saw in the cinema was “Dune: Part Two” 😍
Visually it completely blew me away, like watching a moving painting. The sound design and Hans Zimmer’s score felt insane on the big screen.
I get you about the new “Scary Movie” though. When parody leans too hard into dumb jokes without smart humor, it just feels empty rather than funny 🙃
