Can girls lift and carry guys?

Generally men are physically stronger than women.. So there no doubt that men can easily lift and carry women.. But I have seen many YouTube videos where woman easily lift and carry men even though they are of normal height and weight.. I jus wonder how this is possible.. Do you really think girls can lift and carry guys?

Yes, if the woman is into strength training exercises its very possible she can out power a man.
In some cases, even lift him like you stated.
But can the average woman do that?
No, men are known we be naturally stronger than women.

Depends on the guys size. MAYBE but for a couple seconds... but that’s kinda risky. I have some muscle but can only lift 50 lbs with my back, 60 with legs and 35 with arms

This is probably the best answer. I’ve been in the fitness world for 27 years now and there have been two women that I know can. One of them I helped with weight training. I weigh anywhere from 185 to 200 pounds depending on the time of year and at 195 pounds the girl I trained with could. As far as all kinds of lifts I don’t know... but facing each other she could wrap her arms around my thighs and pick me up. She could hold me off the ground for maybe 15 seconds. Granted I could definitely do the same to her. Anyway I don’t know why people think women “can’t”. Obviously it depends on the woman but I’m sure many could even with the weight you mentioned especially if they train.

Yeah I can lift a guy. My job requires heavy lifting, I am really tall though, however I don't have muscles. It's just about upper body strength. I also don't work out.
