How can guys lift and carry girls?

Question

I see guys easily carrying girls(that weighs about 110 Ibs and over) and I always wonder how they are able to do it. I can never lift a person lol. I know guys are stronger than us girls but it still seems impossible to me. are they actually having difficulty doing that and not showing it? lol.

i also wonder; why do guys like to do that? thx.

(1). I am already a strong dude. I can bench 260lbs and squat 330lbs. That already makes it easier for me to lift anything.

(2). As part of wrestling conditioning, we do something called buddy carries. You find someone your size (in my case, someone between 190-220lbs) and you give the a piggy back ride, bridal carry and fireman's carry while running as fast as you can and not dropping him. It is hard as hell but makes you strong. A 120lb girl isn't going to be that difficult to carry for me.

Your average dude is probably struggling to carry her, but not showing it. I would only struggle if I was holding her for longer than 2 minutes. Why do I like to do that? Because it shows how "manly" I am and it is cute. She looks so sweet and innocent being held in my arms like that.

in the human body, there is this material called "muscle tissue." This muscle mass is what contributes to force in the body. And with greater force comes greater potential to transfer that force into lifting or carrying something heavier than the muscle mass itself.

Most guys have this "muscle", and usually enough of it to carry around some foreign weight in their arms. Add on to the fact that a human's weight is dispersed out, and not condensed, in a "being carried" position, it makes carrying much more easy, due to weight leverage.

Girls are so light! I'm 130 and can lift all my girl friends. But I can lift almost all of my guy friends too, up to like 210 pounds. The easiest is piggyback but I can carry them all like babies too

i can lift some girls too. it's not that hard,it's not like a bench press,the angle is important.

100 or 120lbs isn't that much to carry. 200lbs is problematic but 'eventually possible'. (a girl too can do a  fireman's carry      go to 1:00 )

Guys are incredibly vain when it comes to showing off physical strength. It's like "check this out I can lift you which means I'm a big and strong protector ROAR"

I haven't really lifted or carried many girls so I can't say how easy or hard it is but I have lifted up both male and female friends while hugging before and most people aren't that heavy.

What kind of carrying are we talking about. I could probably carry girls that are less than 150 in the traditional "carry across the threshold" stance, anything more than that would be iffy. I could lift a heavier person with the fireman's carry.
