How Easily Can Guys Lift A Girl?

During the gym yesterday, one of the guys in my class jokingly picked up a girl while we were getting the equipment ready. He joked about using the girls in the class as lifts and it started a conversation between the guys about how heavy a girl they could lift. Which then started a conversation about who would be the hardest to lift in class. I was among the easiest because I'm only 5'0ft and only weigh 90lbs. The girl they said would be the hardest was in the 200lbs. It just made me think about how easy it is for guys to lift girls. Any opinions?

There's a way to lift even the heavy girls very easily using just two fingers from each of 4 sets of hands! We used to do it as kids all the time at parties. My uncle was the biggest guy we knew. He was 6'4" and about 300 pounds but, we could lift him a good foot or more off the chair with just those 8 little fingers!!
At one of my last jobs I used to have to lift 75 lbs. packages and those were kinda heavy! But, they were also pretty solid and not at all flexible whereas, a girl would have a much different weight distribution and could possibly even shift it to make certain parts lighter. And, the way you pick her up has a lot to do with it, too.

Lifting a girl up to 150 pounds WHO IS COOPERATING is pretty easy. Lifting a girl who is asleep or limp or otherwise not cooperating is a whole different matter.

I was able to lift (on my shoulder, fireman's carry) a 300 pound guy (6'5" and strong), but it took all I had to do it and I only moved him about 30 feet. LOL.

As easily as they lift anyone else, assuming the lifter is strong enough. This goes for any weight. However, I have always found that lifting and carrying, say, a 300 pound person feels easier than doing the same with a car engine of the same weight.

If you can lift her and carry her in your cave, she is the right one for bunga-bunga. If not, is she maybe a walrus, leave her in the forest as fodder for the wolves.

Quite easily. An average healthy 5'5 girl weighs between 114 and 140 lbs. That's like warm up to light weight for a bench press or dead lift. A lot of dudes shoulder press that much.

Very easily. Most guys can handle at least their own weigh without any trouble.
Put it this way - when I was working out semi-regularly I could shoulder press 175, and I certainly don’t consider myself unusually strong

Most average sized girls are fairly easy to lift. And smaller girls are like picking up toys.

Only beefcakes can pick-up 200lb specimens. Regular guys could pick you up since you're lighter.

Depends on the strength of the guy, the weight of the girl, and the situation, like if the girl goes dead weight then it will be a lot harder to lift her because there's no grip points, so yeah.
