What does it mean if someone doesn't accept your follow request on instagram?

If you request to follow a private account on instagram and they don't accept your follow request, what are some reasons why they won't accept it?

There are many reasons and it depends on the person:

1- The person doesn't like you.

2- The person doesn't want to get in touch with you.

3- The person doesn't want you to see the pics he/she uploads.

4- The person has a psychological problem that he/she wants to collect so many followers request to SHOW OFF !

5- The person is inactive "Doesn't log in frequently"

and much more, just think about you might find a reason because everything happens for a reason :)

They don't know or like you so they declined simple as that. You never did mention if you know the person or if they know you.

I dont accept this one guy who constantly asks me because he is annoying, constantly asking for dates when i dont want one and i just don't want to be bothered by him.
