Do you fart in front of your family members?

I usually fart in front of my brothers or parents (or even some friends actually :P). But one of my female friends said she never fart around anyone else including her family members. I was shocked to hear that cuz I thought most people didn't care about that. How about you and your family members?

No I don't fart in front of my family members but I do fart when I am sitting physically close to girls at my university. I also had this woman sitting on the seat right next to me on the train, the seats are in pairs so she was close to me and I let a fart out just loud enough for her to hear I was farting very close to her. She heard I was doing a fart right close to her.

Holding it is against nature and is actually bad for our insides and it is not like you don't fart thats for sure. A study said girls fart 3 time more often than us guys generally. So...

I fart around my family, and I also fart when I'm with the guys (we all openly fart). I don't fart when there are girls around (obviously), if I have to then I excuse myself and go somewhere else to do the deed.

I'm the kind of person that can't do that in front of anyone, lol :) I don't do it in front of my family members because I think it should be done in private. I don't know why I'm weird about things like that but I just can't imagine how I'd react if it happened to me, lol :P Like I'd die of embarrassment or something (especially around someone of the opposite sex)

I only fart around my mum, dad, brother (I fart on him if he's annoying), grandma, granddad and best friend that I know since she was born.

Farts are a human thing to do that you can't really stop so I don't see the problem if you are with people that have changed your diapers and stuff.

Yes, it's normal in my family to fart around each other, my mom even goes to the toilet with the door open. We have lived with each other for forever so we have seen each other at our ugliest.

Farting in front of your family shows how close you are to them... I've farted in front of my brother and mom plenty of times. We have all done it before and we hate when the other person does it but when you live with family it just happens.. its funny and disgusting.

On occasions like Christmas there is a higher level of acceptance but it's generallly not a good practice. Sometimes it's neccessary to let one out and test the water but if the gas is bad then best this behaviour should cease.
