No, they don't. And they don't do it because they think "women can't fart", they do it because they believe no-one male or female should fart in an others presence because it is rude and it fucking stinks.
Etiquette should be used at home and outside. You see too many people these days with absolutely no table manners, and loads of people who don't know how to hole cutlery properly.
I grew up in a shit hole but these things were part of being "raised".

My sister and mom do, not my aunts though but even if they did it wouldn't be a big deal. It's a natural body function and we're family so its not like we're going to judge each other for it- the most I'd do is make fun of them for being gassy 😝

My sisters and I do, but any girl between the age of 13 and 30 is bound to be a gas factory that farts in front of anyone and anything she can because it feels good and because it’s funny. That’s why sister dynamics are built around farting. My mom farts in front of us and we fart in front of her. Our aunts are the same way. Openly farting is just part of being a woman. It’s natural. Estrogen induces farting and women have more estrogen than men, so women fart more than men. It’s just basic biology.
