My best friend read my diary. How do I talk to her about it?

We are in our 20's. This is something that we all know we shouldn't do by this age. I struggle with anxiety and depression and that journal is full of my deepest insecurities and struggles, and she read the whole thing. We have been friends for 15 years and I would never have expected her to violate my trust like this. I feel emotionally raped. Like she has picked apart my brain and now knows things that I never wanted anyone to know. I don't trust her anymore and I want the key to my apartment back, but how do I bring this up without escalating the problem further?

Your best friend read your diary.. you're kinda lucky. My diary was read by MY MOTHER. Actually 2 of my diaries. I will never ever forgive her for that.

For your third diary you should be writing it in your computer or hide the diary not under your bed. I hope those conflicts are resolved. I myself have a diary but I wrote in it Read it at your own risk bitch! and I hidden it with my trash in the room.
To FieryandTattoed (you forgot the second "o") I would lose contact until she 'fess up and get your blessing from your beheading.
Or you could try humiliation tatics by getting something personal and use it, be creative.
