Should I tell my friend my opinion about her life?

She’s single mom, her four kids are from 3-16.
She’s recently with a guy that sells coke and she works a normal full time job. Her oldest kid just got assaulted by the kids boyfriend and my friend isn’t taking any action.
I want to tell her to smarten up and parent her kids and be supportive to her oldest and to ditch that guy but she’s so explosive 🧨
