We get along really well but she constantly stares at my body and clothes and it makes me feel self conscious, the way she drags her eyes up and down my body.

Why does she do this?

Maybe she admires your clothes, or your body and wished she looked just like you. (I do this, I hate myself and wish I looked like some other girls. It is nothing sexual when I look other girls, it's just that I wished I looked the same)
Maybe she is shy and doesn't know where to look.
Maybe she looks at your direction but past you sometimes.
Maybe she is Bi/lesbian and is attracted to you. I wouldn't jump into conclusions.
