Female coworker keeps staring at me?

I work with a girl that tends to stare at me every time I'm near her department where she works and sometimes she stares at me when I'm talking to my friends. On occasion I'll get that feeling like somebody is watching me and I'll turn around and see her looking at me. Sometimes this will happen several times during the day but the thing is we don't talk to each other so I'm not sure if her looking at me is a good sign or not
