Me and my ex-boyfriend/coworker made out while drunk, what does it mean?

I've worked with this guy for 4 years & we were pretty close. I've always had a crush on him but never acted on it cause I wasn't sure he liked me back so we remained buddies. that was until 2019 when we went out with another female coworker for an afterwork and she had to leave early so it was just me and him. We got drunk & I ended up asking him to kiss me. later that night we were walking and ended up making out in some alley. We talked about it the morning after & he was happy about it & told me that he didn't regret it. He wanted us to be together so we dated for a few amazing months, we couldn't keep our hands off eachother. that was until i found out he was sleeping with another girl while we were planning a weekend trip together. We broke up and i was pretty devastated. he apologized a lot of times and said he regrets it and that he loves me but i just told him that we could never be back together and i can't trust him. Thank god for quarantine i didn't have to see him for so many months so we didn't really talk for almost a year. When we were back in office we slowly became friends again as i was already over it and we both dated different people. We were finally able to hang out without the awkwardness & we were having fun together again. Last week we were hanging out with two friends at their appt and we were drinking. I got tipsy and our friends had to go get something from outside so it was just me and him. I was dancing to some music when i felt him hug me from behind and whisper in my ear "i dont know what im doing but im doing it anyway" I dont know why i couldn't stop him, maybe i liked it too, and we ended up making out until our friends came back and we stopped. we kept staring at each other the whole night. Now in the office we're acting like nothing happened. we text daily, he said that he didn't wanna bring up what happened cause he hurt me before and told me it's ok we were drunk. What should I do? i can't stop thinking about him now...
