I get that im silly for even thinking about a male coworker who acts this way but WHY am I this?

• He stares at my boobs. One time recently he was staring so intently and wide eyed long and hard while talking to me... Just weird stuff. I would get it if i show my cleavage. But i dont.

• He keeps saying ineed to go to strip club and clubs and get dressed sexy (he does this in front of his annpying immatire male buddies and other female coworkers and alone with me at work too)
• When we first met he couldnt nake eye contact lmao who know this is what he would become
• He also said he likes annoying me. and he hurt my feelings so bad cuz he would keep doing stuff to bother me after i said stop.

Why are you like what? Not sure I understand what you’re asking “why am I this?”. As for the issue, he is immature and definitely harassing you. You can even go as far as sexual harassment considering him staring at your breasts and suggesting dressing sexy and going to strip clubs.

It just about every company or business, that is easily sexual harassment and grounds for dismissal. You should report this to your superior or HR team immediately. You say it hurts your feelings and you’ve said stop.

It apparently hasn’t stopped and never will unless you take action and stand up for yourself. It is uncalled for to make such comments you list in your details.

It is also not okay to sexualize coworkers at all and certainly not to the point this guy has. Also, the fact he is bringing workplace “buddies” into the situation leads me to believe this won’t end unless you do something about it. I hope, for your sake, you do take this serious and tell HR or the appropriate person above you.

Yeah thanks you for saying that. I got so used to it that I accepted it as normal. I am actually sort of leaving the job soon so its almost not worth reporting. Many other guys here are like this or worse so I never beleved reporting would help. I figured thats how the company is. Which in a way is true. I am just glad I finally got the confidence and opportunity to get out and go to a hopefully more professional setting.
