Why do my female coworkers stare at me?

For instance, I will be sitting at my desk and doing my work, I feel their gaze on me. There's at least three of them who stare at me regularly throughout the day. Two of them are much older. One of them smiles at me while staring. Why do they keep staring at me?

It's in your head. Unless you have actual proof, a "tingling feeling" is more likely your own immense social anxiety.
