Is it weird being a sophomore with senior friends?

Look, I'm a sophomore in highschool (yes it states im like 18 but i can't change it back to my real age soo), but haven't made any friends my age yet. The only people I've hung out with are seniors. Is that weird? Should i try making more friends my age? Why are they even hanging out with me XD I feel special hahaha

Lol I meant to click no 😂😂 it's good being friends with seniors since your gonna have an older crew and can go to older people events. And yeah it's always good to have friends your age too because when your senior friends graduate then your gonna be left alone. They most likely hang out with you since your not annoying/ immature like most kids in your grade and because your chill

Hahah i was like "yusss i can go to the senior dinner and prom" but thank you! I'm really worried about what'll happen next year if i don't become friends with people my age because then i'll be all alonee

Lol maybe prom but not senior lunch you HAVE to be a senior to go to those school events. Of course you can ! Just talk to people and before you know it you'll have friends in every grade lol

nah i have friends who are up to 2 years younger it's all good. age doesn't matter if you get along. besides if you stay really good friends past high school it won't matter.
