probally because its not. no offense but it seems like you made a really harsh assumption that has big chance to be wrong. sister, aunt, friend, cousing, tutor, best friends sister, woman with lost dog, list can go on and on

Sister? Cousin? Friend? Did you meet her? He may be working on multiple women, or he may be telling the truth. If you didn't meet her, then how would you know, unless he was kissing her or something.

2 possibilities

1. It's really not his gf, just someone he's dating. (Dating doesn't equal bf/gf)

2. It is his girlfriend and he wants both of you
