Girls, what to do with pervy little brother?

Lately my younger brother (14) has been really getting on my nerves. We've like to play fight with each other since we were kids. However past few times we have fought Im almost certain he grabbed at my boobs on purpose, hard to tell though. I told him to watch it but it's happened several more times since then. Also I'm almost certain he has been staring at my boobs when he thinks I'm not looking. I was thinking that the next time he does something pervy that I will just kerplunk his nuts really hard. Maybe I'm just being paranoid.
Any thoughts on hitting him in the nuts? Any other possible solutions on how to get him to stop without kicking his nuts?

Well after hearing from a few of you, I think that I'm going hit his nuts the next time he does something pervy. I guess my next question is what is the best way to crush his nuts? Anyone have any advice or experience? I've never hit somebody in the nuts but I want to make sure my brother will remember to not mess with me like that in the future.

I also wanted to let you know that I just kicked my brothers in the balls super hard. My brother tried to wrestle the tv remote from me and ended up grabbing my boobs on purpose, pretty hard. I pushed him off like normal and told him not to do that. I waited for just the right opportunity and swung foot into his balls really hard. He immediately collapsed to the floor moaning. I told him the next time he touches my boobs, I'll kick him even harder. It felt really good to stick up for myself. Hopefully this taught him some respect for women. Yeah, it'll work. Just give him a solid kick with your foot, but not too hard, just make it a firm connection. Then as he's crumpled over in pain, tell him that you'll do it again next time he does something pervy and that if he runs off to tell mom and dad you'll make it doubly painful next time.

Yeah, it is mean, you could just punch him in the gut or something if you aren't comfortable with it. It's kind of weird... i wouldn't want to go tell on him to mom and dad and if he won't listen to you then you gotta do something. So, i see it is a good compromise for not getting outed for being a pervert to the parents. Seems to me you are doing him a favor. Generally though, don't let it be a habit and don't do this kind of stuff to your boyfriend or whatever, it's not cool to do this really. If you can avoid it with him, then avoid it, but he needs to learn a lesson here the easy way or the hard way.
