So I have this girl who I'm good friends with and there's been a few times when we text were she's called me buddy what does it mean

For me, I say "buddy" just randomly. Like it doesn't mean anything particular. For some girls, I guess it could be her way of telling you that you are a friend only, but it depends on her personality. I joke around a lot and go like "bruh", "dude", "bud" etc. It doesn't mean I'm friend zoning that guy, but just trying to be casual or playful. What is she like? Does she fool around a lot? Witty?
