Why do feminists say women are just as strong as men but men are still not allowed to hit a woman back?

In my opinion most women aren't as physically strong as men (there are always exceptions tho), but women certainly are mentally just as strong and intelligent as men... maybe that's what was meant with "being just as strong". For the hitting part: Women are almost just as likely to hit a man (men often don't talk about it though) and I believe that to be just as bad as men hitting women so I'd say: if someone hits you (regardless of their gender) do not hit back. simple as that. and yes I am a feminist

Well I think at this point we have to define what you mean by hitting, I am talking about a simple slap on the cheek or arm, not punching, kicking or repeatedly hitting. If someone would repeatedly hit/abuse me or there's a the threat of rape or other abuse I would of course defend myself in any way possible however if my partner "simply" slapped me across the cheek I would not hit back no. And that doesn't mean that I believe a slap across the cheek to be an ok thing to do I just wouldn't want to put myself on the same niveau.

I've been lifting weights since childhood, I can practically lift up things a lot of women can't. Just can't do so as much because of illness. Women are still equal as human beings but not in status. Respect the woman as she is to respect him. That is a commandment.

What I'm talking about has nothing to just do with just physical alone, but mental, emotional, spiritual, and psychological as well. I was speaking on a broad spectrum. What I find ignorant is the fact that the so-called men can't believe in anything anymore. And it's a weak perception. They want to blame everything on feminism when it is only partially the issue. It's the enmity between a man and a woman.

I clearly said CAN not IS. To dismiss the ability simply because she is a woman is disrespect to ALL women as a whole. While a women should not hold certain positions for reasons, it still doesn't mean you degrade her for lack thereof.

That's not what you were asking though.
You were asking why men aren't allowed to hit a woman back not specifically about how men are stronger than women.
If you're going by averages then yes men are always stronger than women physically but most of the time when feminists talk about women being strong they are talking mentally as in being able to hold an argument on an equal playing field to men and being able to go into roles of power such as the political leader of a country.
Men aren't allowed to hit a woman back because that would be causing a fight. If he didn't do anything then he'd be giving into abuse (if it was one of then it should be talked about) the only way he'd fight back would be by filing a complaint against the person. This is the same ruling as it should be for women.
If you are talking about in fighting sports that are highly disciplined then it's as you said men are stronger than women on average therefore would not be allowed to fight women; some can fight equally

I’ve been lifting weights since I was little and did kickboxing and jiu jitsu for years.
